The agonizing pain...
Well I am still at it. I am still working out. After a month we decided to go hardcore and do the 15 min video of P90X ab cruncher. My my if you have not tried it out you need to! My stomach is in so much pain today it may as well not be there anymore! Sadly we didnt even do all 15 min. We did do the whole video but we had to stop in the middle of some of the workouts. I am becoming more flexible and I am getting to almost touching my toes! Which I can say I have never touched my toes with straight legs ever in my life!
