On Monday before Stefen went to school and before we went to the Botanical Gardens Shelbi decided to take us to the supposedly REALLY good pizza place. So we made the trek to downtown and discovered the menu was mostly in Italian and there was NO pizza. But there were really amazing sandwichs and salads.

When Aunt Bri and Uncle Button are in Charge!

For some reason people had the brilliant idea to leave little Miss E in our care.. We watch children often but dressing, feeding, and bathing is hardly ever in our list of duties. I think Miss E was not always happy with us but I suppose it was great practice for the day we eventually decide to have kids.

We let her play with this dog pull toy that has a VERY long rope on it. And man o man she loved that long rope! One morning we discovered she wrapped it around her body. That was the end of that toy.

Aunt Bri insisted on putting big flowers on her head. They were freaking adorable!

Uncle button was feeding Little Miss E solid foods one morning and she was not happy that he was being so messy about it. 

This was the bow for the morning. It is the cow bow and it was the day we were going to see the cows. She again was done with pictures.

After bath time uncle button was in charge of dressing the babe. Let me tell you folks I dont think I have seen him so proud of himself in so long!

She even got her hair done but uncle button!

We then let her stay up with us and watch a movie and have some popcorn. Dont worry folks little miss E did not ingest any of the popcorn in the taking of this picture. However her foot pretty much planted itself into the bowl!

Moo Moo goes the cow!!

While Stefen's family was here I had a birthday.. For my birthday what else would I want to do but go to a cow farm! Yes folks all my dreams were fulfilled! We went to Shamrock Farms with over 10,000 cows! Folks I dont know who was more entertained me or miss E. It was not only amazing to see all the cows but it was one of the most educational fun tours I have done. Bear with me on all the pictures. I was in heaven.

They serve 500 tons of hay a day. Each hay barrel is 1 ton. Thats A LOT!

They treat the cows like they are at the spa. This was the sign describing the different things they do. One of them was a pedicure which we actually got to see and it was so.... I dont know what the word is. The cow didnt like being tipped on its side poor thing.

At the farm they get a lot of the same nutrients we need.

This is Stefens favorite picture! Can you spot why!?Ha ha ha get it spot! I crack myself up! Anyway they get artificially inseminated so if you spotted the funny thing it was quite hysterical.

Awww we were sitting on a cow. Unfortunately it was not a real one. So in between this picture and the next picture we went and saw the cows get milked. It was very neat as the cows walked themselves in and knew exactly which spot to go to. Unfortunately we were looking through glass so the pictures didnt turn out.

So these cows were so polite. We drove by right where they were walking and they stopped  about 10 feet back so we could cross the road on the tram.

Some of the baby cows. They put them in a group of 25 or 30 so they can figure out who is the bossiest cow. The bossiest cow then becomes the lead cow. They will stay in these groups for the rest of their life's.

Younger baby cows. Up until they are about 6 months old they are kept separate because they want the babies to stay healthy. They have 30 to 40 babies born EVERY day. We got there at 10 am and since midnight they had 14 babies born!

Bang Bang goes the drum!

Stefens mom Ann, sister Shelbi, and niece Little Miss E came to visit us for a week! And let me tell you we LOVED it! We even got to be tourists in the state we live in and we got to see a lot of fun stuff! Our first stop was the Musical Instrumental Museum or the MIM. It had ALL sorts of instruments from EVERY part of the world. It was Very cool. Here are some of my favorite pictures!

Poor Elsi got cut off. They were standing in front of this GIANT bass thing! This room had the tiniest and largest instruments! It was AWESOME!

Introducing....

This sweet little angel was born last Monday the 5th to Stefens oldest sister and brother in law. Her name is Elsi. Isnt she adorable? We cant wait to meet and cuddle with this sweet angel!
